Five years behind London bars. Currently bartending in Covent Garden.

Most tech people cannot talk to people. I do it professionally. VIP boxes at the O2, the bar at Darjeeling Express, a students' union bar and nightclub, a hotel as its Managing Director. Calm when the bar is three deep, quick on a new menu, good at turning a first visit into a regular.
